About Us
In 1945, a technical school was founded in Lucerne (Switzerland), the Richemont Technical School, whose name was derived from the Richemont Hotel, which was located on the same site. This Lucerne Richemont School became the parent school.
It was a school for bakers and confectioners, a uniquely great institution for further education.
In 1948, an English group of bakers took a course in this school. Subsequently, the first Richemont Club was established in England and four years later in Austria.
